Wrote and published the full documentation set for several mobile hardware product lines — regulatory guides, quick start guides, the whole product reference. Five-plus major projects in my first year, all aimed at readers who just want to open the box and get going, wherever in the world they are.

I've done my time writing User and Admin guides for Zebra software, I've been there when users need me the most - when the software doesn't work as intended and they need a guide to walk them through the process.

Internal Training Guide
Structured Authoring Guide Revamp
Teamed up with two other writers to overhaul Zebra's internal authoring guide from the ground up. We set real standards for structure, terminology, and voice so the whole team stopped reinventing the wheel every time.
Documentation Triage
Long-Standing Issue Resolution
Inherited a pile of documentation cases that had been sitting untouched for over two years. Cleared it out in my first quarter — tracked down what was actually wrong, fixed it, and updated everything it touched.
AI Initiative
Automating Reviews
Training AI agents to catch style guide violations before a human has to. Still a work in progress, but it's already cutting down how many rounds of manual review our docs need.
Streamlining Processes
Bulk Outputting
Found a faster way to generate our bulk documentation outputs. Small change, but it ended up saving the team hundreds of hours a year.
